2. Program Commitment & Enrollment
12-Month Commitment: All competitive programs (Show Team, Novice, Prep, and Elite) require a full one-year commitment.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Standing: Accounts must remain current to ensure an athlete’s eligibility for practices, competitions, and receipt of gear.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy: We maintain a Strict No-Refund, No Exceptions policy for all fees paid, including tuition, registration, and gear packages.
Payment Schedules: Monthly tuition and additional fees must be paid according to the schedule provided at the time of enrollment.
Third-Party Fees: Fees for USASF Membership, travel, and lodging are paid separately and are not the responsibility of Starlitz Xpress Cheer and Dance Inc.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, and images, is the property of Starlitz Xpress Cheer and Dance Inc. and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding without express written permission.
5. Code of Conduct
Athletes and parents are expected to maintain a high standard of sportsmanship and respect. We reserve the right to terminate service or enrollment if a user’s conduct is deemed detrimental to the team, staff, or organization.
6. Limitation of Liability
Starlitz Xpress Cheer and Dance Inc. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website or participation in our programs, except where required by law. Athletics involves inherent risks, and participation is at the athlete’s own risk.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
